My Father, Henry Baskett II, served in the Air Force for 30 years and my Mom, Judy, has worked at Cannon Air Force base for over 30 years as a financial officer. My Brother, Randy Curtis, also served in the Army for 13 years.
I was born in Clovis, New Mexico in 1982.
My birth name was Henry Randall Baskett III but
everyone called me Hank even from an early age.
my hard work paid off and I was named All-State in football.
That was the moment I began to see where my future was headed.
Sports have always been a big part of my life, even from an early age. I met many of my best friends growing up playing
football, baseball, basketball & track.
Playing for the Lobos in the Mountain West Conference was an exciting time in my life. College allowed me the freedom to grow and learn, planting the seeds for who I would become the rest of my life!
Attending college in Albuquerque also had its upside - being so close to home allowed my parents a chance to watch me play on Saturday's. Having my family at every game added with the pride of being fortunate enough to represent the state in which I was raised meant more to me than words could ever describe.
Once a Lobo, Always a Lobo!!
I met Kendra Wilkinson in the Spring of 2008 while attending the Playboy Golf Scramble in Los Angeles.
What most people don't know though is how close I was to not attending the tournament. Thank goodness I did! Since the first day we met, we have not gone one day without speaking, not texting, speaking. Yeah, we definitely like to brag about that stat. We began speaking on the phone daily.
We did it the old school way, talk first, get to know one another as friends and the rest is history.
November 1, 2008,
because I quickly realized how blessed I was to have Kendra in my life and knew that no one would ever compare to her.
Long story short, this year celebrates 6 years together and 5 years of marriage.
The Journey Continues...
